Show Saturday 27 Bettys birthday. Bless her. Fog & cold kept us at home. We ventured out I late pm for supplies making our way through the heavy fog have 2 new books to read and much interesting news on radio. Sunday 28 Sunday School am followed by fast meeting Drove out to Ediths & took her with us to Elizabeths where we had dinner. Nan visited with family. Joe & Rosabelle at Elizabeth with us. We had a good dinner and nice visit until 730 Joe brot me home in time for Whats My Line & checkers after. Monday 29 Phoned Mr. Child of American Express & Restored plans Monday 29 Continued ticket for San Francisco Feb. 15. Dr Peterson called & made date for next Thursday at the hospital. Sun shining brightly this am. but no promise by weather for end of fog Down town Got dresses at Taylor Wright 2 for Nn one for me. Tuesday 29 Still some fog. Called Laurie to make hotel restoration at Fairmount in San Francisco for Feb 15th I am reading a record of American Heritage extracts Very interesting papers about early American history I at home all day feeling a little shaky. Nan did some errands down town in pm. Marie came eve. We got book balanced and checks up to date made. Wednesday 31 Margaret came to visit |
