(rs. Foote was born in 1866 a dugout at Echo to Pioneer's swell and Mary Ann Peterson vens. he is the last of eleven chil- en. She married James Patterson Foote, Aug 10, 1889, Park City. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Nov. 11, 1899.
