Both applications were approved, subject to the businesses meeting the provisions of the city engineer's notes. Zoning ordinances for storage units were discussed, with the commission deciding I would like to encourage a mix of retail and storage so that the public would see retail stores instead of just storage units. The public nuisance ordinance was next considered, with discussion about set back standards for large animals that would not apply to smaller animals, such as cats and dogs. Junk vehicles were on the agenda, with rules designating how many "junk" cars could be on a property and how they would be stored Weber Sentinel |
