Show Volume VII Issue 12 Marriott-Slaterville City Newsletter December 2005 1570 West 400 North - Phone 627-1919 Christmas Message Considering the events of this year, we have much to be grateful for. Our little community is doing quite well. I am very grateful for the new city office building we have for residents and seniors to enjoy. The final payment for the construction of the building was recently made, and our residents are grateful that it was built without a city property tax. I am grateful for neighbors, friends, and family who emanate the spirit of this season, particularly those who do it year round. I am grateful to live in a nation where we can exercise our liberties and enjoy prosperity. This season I hope that each of us can show gratitude for the things in our lives. I recognize that each one of us is different; and we have diverse dream, hopes, and needs. However, we share one thing in common and that is our humanity. I wish each of you a happy holiday.
