During that time she documented her personal life and the medical practice of Edward, the community of Ogden and national events such as the outbreaks of WWI and WWII. The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show February 29 Wedn Nice day. Janath and Ted Cannon came up from Salt Lake and we have spent the day arranging for the burial and funeral of our dear Oertel Nice piece in the evening paper -- the Standard Examiner. Susan called and sympathizes. The Bishop C LaGrande Stewart and his counselor John Evans called last evening and several of the Sisters have called and all are wanting to do something Lucille Hancock came up and brought pudding etc. and Dr & Sister Rich Johnston called and Dr and Mrs Lynn Crookston March 1 Thursday Nice day, Avon Rich Smart arrived from Los Angeles at noon and Mary Rich Peery, --our daughter-- arrived (Mary) from Palo Alto Cal via air at noon. Both well -- so glad to have them home, The Family has visit at home during afternoon and evening. Neighbors and Friends called in person or over phone or telegrams. |
