Specialist Rice, son of Ellen Rice, was born and raised in Marriott-Slaterville. He is currently serving in Bagdad, Iraq on his second deployment._ LOCAL UPDATES In April 2005, the city will break ground on its new senior center and municipal building at 1600 West 400 North. The building should be finished by September or October 2005. With a new senior center, a lot of new equipment and furnishing will be needed for the building. At the 4th of July event an auction will be held to raise
