PE 1302 - Swimming, Level III Credits: (l) Typically taught: Fall [Full Sem] Spring [Full Sem] A physical activity course that allows students to engage in the sport of swimming. PE 1310 - Water Aerobics, Level I Credits: (l) Typically taught: Fall [Full Sem] Spring [Full Sem] This physical activity course will introduce students to water conditioning. Through aerobic conditioning, abdominal toning, and stretching, students will learn how to maintain a high level of fitness through application of aerobic training principles in an aquatic environment.
