The support courses or the equivalent must be completed to obtain the degree. Advisement Students should meet with a faculty advisor at least annually for course and program review. Admission Process To be eligible for admission to the Radiation Therapy program, the following criteria must be met: 1. Application and admission to Weber State University. 2. Demonstrate ability to achieve scholastically. 3. Complete an application to the desired program and pay the $25 application fee. 4. Provide the following with the application: a. transcripts from hospital certificate programs or colleges and universities; b. high school transcripts, if no previous college experience; and c. copy o f ARRT ce rtificatio nor equivalent. 5.
