Show Friday, January 8, 1932. Acacia met with Maud Dee Porter. A paper International Minerals was given by Martha B Cooley. It was given very well. Refreshments were delicious. Fifteen members were present. Have read some this evening. Stock Show is on. Acacia True friendship mysterious cement of the Social. Is there ought in this world fair a those Mother nature with all her most endearing charms. Cannot equal true soul charm, we vow, Loving hearts that are welded by friend ships pure. Transcends earthly beauties by far. So we ever will greet the with unbounded joy. Acacia, true friendships bright star by Martha B Cooley. Saturday, January 9, 1932. Had a letter from Janath also Phillys Cozzens. Have spent today at home in general work. Dr says buisness is very quiet. It has snowed most of the day. Ski Tournement is on in canon. Dr and I sat up late reading & writing. |
