Show Tuesday, July 12, 1932. Have been cooking, shopping cleaning etc in preparation for my trip to Bear Lake in the morning. Wed 13 Fish Haven. Many worth while subjects were given this afternoon and evening on the Live at Home programme given at the South Eastern District of Idaho vacation camp. 500 are enrolled Dr W Halverson on Germ & friends & enemies of man. Mrs. Elise B. Alder of LDS Gen RSB on The Art of Living. Melvin J. Ballard on Relative Values Fine music and Art exhibit mixed in the days Prog Saw Blanch an Sharon. Wednesday, July 13, 1932. Bear Lake plenty cool. At 7 this AM Mrs. Ida Treeseder, Martha B Cooley Myrene and I left for Bear Lake to attend Womens Camp on its shores. We had a delightful drive and marveled at the beauty of nature thro the wonderful canons, arrived a Fish Haven at 930 AM the first in the camp circle of friends who joined a short time later. We found our associates very friendly, Jolly & wide a wake wemon none other than many old time friends of mine affilaited with others of Bear Lake Stake RS Board. Enjoyed the sessions this day very much. |
