Show Thursday, January 14, 1932. This morning I attended a committee meeting of Daughters of Pioneers to plan our Annual Ball to be held Feb 18. Decided to have a Colonial Ball in honor of Washingtons BiCentennial. This evening Dr and I called at the Murphy home. Mrs. Mark Murphy died in Honolulu & was brought home to be buried. Cloteel and the babies spent the afternoon. Thair has gone one a trip to Las Vegas. Friday, January 15, 1932. I have been home all day and other than house work fave set togather thirty blocks for a quilt for RS also sewed up the lining. D Orr did my scrubbign of bath & kitchen floors. Have read some tonight. Dr is not buisy. Collections are poor. |
