Show Thursday, July 14, 1932. Fish Haven Rather Cold. The Live at Home programme started promptly 915 this AM. All our crowd in attendance except Myrene who is sleeping in this AM for a while. A wonderful programme all day. Have attended all sessions. Our Ogden crowd had dinner with the RS Ladies from Paris. Mrs. Alder was also their guest. Friday, July 15, 1932. Have attended the Live at Home Programme until noon was asked to give a few words response as a visitor from Utah. We left Fish Haven at one PM for home arrived in Logan at 230 had a nice lunch and continued on our way reaching home at five thirty all fine and having enjoyed a splendid outing as well as listening to a splendid programme for three days. At 6 PM Dr Leighton came from Salt Lake city to spend the weekend with us. He is an associate professor at the U of Ohio of Oscars and seems a very fine man about 65 yr old. This evening Dr & I took him out to the Country Club to dinner. He thought the Golf course on of the prettiest he had seen. |
