College Entrance Exams • The National ACT test is administered five times each year • The Residual ACT is administered at least once a month • Test dates and registration deadlines available in the Student Services Testing Center English/Math Placement Tests & CLEP Tests • Placement tests administered in the Shepherd Union, WSU Davis, and West Center Testing Centers • CLEP exams given by appointment only, prior registration necessary • Credit may be earned for satisfactory scores on department selected CLEP subject examinations • Register for the CLEP exams in the Student Services Testing Center Career and Personal Development Tests • Administered in the Student Services and WSU Davis Testing Centers on a walk-in basis • Students must be referred by a Career or Personal Development Counselor so that the results can be interpreted to meet the specific purpose Graduate School Admission Tests • The Miller Analogy tests are either administered by the Testing Center or registration information is available Most graduate school admission tests are given on specific test dates. Our programming focuses on functional health education with an emphasis on increasing critical thinking skills, self-awareness, confidence, and behavior change knowledge and ability. We believe by helping students build these skills, they will not only succeed during their years at Weber State University but in their future professional and personal endeavors. Through various activities the program specifically provides education on alcohol, shess, drugs, tobacco, nutrition, healthy interpersonal relationships, and exercise. Services are offered through group and one-on-one wellness coaching, campus and community partnering, and health education campaigns.
