Show Monday, May 9, 1932. I went up to Cleones to help her with a Colonial dress which she is to wear at the Tempre Musical Prog. Dr and I had lunch there, after which I came home and finished it. I attended a meeting on Wilfore work Mayor Bundys called at Chamber of Commerce rooms. Dr & DOrr called for me later and We went to South Washington School to a concert by U of U orchestra under Mr Frebor & Thom Giles. Tuesday, May 10, 1932. I have been quite buisy this AM had a Marcel a suit fitted prepared lunch etc. This afternoon I presided at a four stake Relief Society meeting held in the Ogden Tabernacle. Hugh J Brown was the speaker. One thousand wemon were in attendance. The singing & speaking was good. Did some shopping. This evening Dr & I attended the Sempre Music Club Prog. Cleone took sevral parts & looked very sweet & played well. We are always so proud of her. Took Sister Pond, down to Berthana Hall to Nurses dance. Elizabeth Thomas had dinner with us also spent evening with us. |
