Mr. Slater inquired about the new pipe line construction from the Pioneer Road sewer plant at 2800 West. Mayor Butler advised that the construction will start in December and finish around April. The new line will be installed from the river backward to the sewer plant. The November issue of The Pioneer Post, expressed the thanks of the city to Corey Combe for his donation of eleven trees to the new city office park. The annual fall clean-up was announced in the Post. A dumpster was located at both the Marriott Park and the Slaterville Park from November 14 to 16. It was a free service to residents so that fall waste could be disposed of. It was requested that waste be placed entirely in the dumpster and not left on the ground. The service was sponsored by the city and Waste Management. The project went well. It is that time of year!
