Discussion/action on manufacturing site plan amendment for a metal shed addition to existing building at 1285 West 1350 North the Riverside Industrial Park. 3. Presentation on EPA Phase II Storm Water requirements: Dr. George Burbidge, Weber County Storm Water. 4. Discussion/action to explain and review development fees: Wikstrom Economic and Planning Consultants. 5. Discussion/action on citizen requests to consider an ordinance pursuant to UCA 10-11-1 for the abatement of weeds, garbage, refuse, and unsightly objects. 6. Discussion/action on amendments to the zoning ordinance regarding supplemental provisions, make technical administrative changes, and repealing duplicated notice and enforcement provisions. 7. Discussion/action whether to prepare and adopt an annexation plan as part of the general plan. 8. Age 18 and over: Girma Hunde._ LOCAL UPDATES Foster Grandparent Program - Senior Citizens Needed. Help a child succeed and earn a little money at the same time. The Foster Grandparent Program is in need of senior citizens 60 years and older to work one-on-one with struggling children in local elementary schools. For your service you will receive a stipend of $2.65 per hour plus milage reimbursement and a free meal. The stipend will not affect any other any other services you may be receiving. To qualify you must be 60 years old, be willing to work 15-20 hours a week and meet certain income guidelines. Please contact Charity Moon at 625-3865 for more information. Municipal Center and Parks. Anyone interested donating land for a park or municipal center can receive a tax deduction. Christmas Tree Jubilee. Weber School District Foundation will again sponsor this event November 26-27-29-30 at the David Eccles Conference Center. To donate a tree contact Denuse Aughney at 476-7896.
