Show Thursday, March 4 I have spent today doing laundry. Dr has been buisy in the office and was out early this A.M. for a confinement at hospital. He seldom goes out at night and pleases himself as to what cases he takes. However he is alway at his office by nine A.M. and until six P.M. The winter has not seemed long to us for we have enjoyed health and each other. We are much alike in our likes & dislikes. Friday, March 5 Did baking. Made bread and cookies. Rained some during night but a beautiful day. I must get buisy letter writing am indebited to quite a number. Allied Air Force Mops up Last of Nips Comoy. Finish off destroyers, Shoot down planes to swell total to 82: Jap troop loss placed at 15,000. Russ. Capture R.R. & seize Towns. Russ. now with in 80 mi. of Latvia Border. Dr has some cold. Saturday, March 6 Did not sleep too well. My blood pressure up to 210 over 90. Dr says I must rest more Mrs Greenband of S.L.C. called on me. Cleone came in at noon. Sunday, March 7 Dr & I attended Sunday School. Had dinner with Blanch & family. Went to 12 Ward Mt Ogden Stake to see Edward Browning Rich baptized. his grandfather Edward I Rich confirmed him with Russell B. Petty and Dara Vandyke. We called to see Cleone & family. Also Myrene & family. This evening we attended Relief Society special meeting of 5 Ward. I offered the opening prayer. There was a picture history of past presidents given showing 12 Pres. |
