Moses Logan Rich Sept 20 1943 Burial rites will be conducted Wednesday in Los Angeles for Moses Logan Rich, 40, who served as assistant attorney general of Utah from 1928 to 1932, under Harvey H. Cluff. Mr. Rich died Saturday in Los Angeles, where he had practiced law for the past 11 years and was prominent in Republican party activities. He was born in Logan in 1903, a song of George Q. and Lettie Hancey Rich. He was graduated from Utah State Agricultural college about 1926 and later obtained his law degree from George Washington university in Washington, D.C. He married Miss Afton Robinson of Farmington. Among survivors are three sister, Mrs. Everett Griffin of Salt lake City, Mrs. Watson Silver of New York City and Miss Emeline Rich of Sacramento, Calif., and two brother, George Q. Rich, Jr., and Russell Rich, both of Ogden.
