Clyde sign the bill making Weber State College a four-year, degree granting instutition. 3) Staunch supporters of Weber activities, President Miller and his constant companion, wife Mary, enjoyed a football game during his administration. 4) During commencement in 1971, President Miller presented Mark Evans Austad an honorary Doctor of Humanities. 5) Well acquainted with faculty, staff, students and community, President Miller had a warm interest in people and their individual contributions to the college. in October, Decem February, April and June at J State College with editorial offic: the Alumni Office, Ogden, Utah# Vol.11 No. 2 Dec!1978.COMME is mailed at no charge to alumni Weber State College.
