The Department of Electronics offers training in the fields of radio communications, servicing of electronic equipment, electronic technician, and electronic engineering technology. 001. Staff 010. Wire Preparation—Soldering and wiring principles used in the electronic industry, including preparation of wire, wiring harnesses, cables, connectors, tie strips, lay-outs. Staff OIL Electronic Assembly—Assembly and mounting of component parts into groups or lay-outs on mounting boards, brackets, tie points, chassis, as a whole or part of a sub-assembly.
