Dedication There are older members of our community who represent the link between our wonderful rising generations and the earlier times when we were not united as a city. Pioneer times are not such a distant period to them, but they also experienced the struggles to maintain our identity during the latter part of the Twentieth Century, culminating in our incorporation. Their dedication, work, and support of our city continues to be of utmost importance in its success. This volume is especially dedicated to one of these, H. Orvil Holley descendant of original pioneer settlers, teacher, historian, community representative, councilman and president, neighbor, and friend.
