STEWART Standard-Examiner staff OGDEN - The words Charlie, Tet offensive and Ho Chi Minh, may mean nothing to some, but for history teacher Raelene Cutler, they are words to learn by. Cutler recently spent a week at a Vietnam history-teaching conference in Washington, D.C., learning how to help students gain an interest and understanding of Cutler the Vietnam War. "It was empowering. I didn't realize there was this much aid and resources to help teach about ROBERT JOHNSON/Standard-Examiner Spectators walk by names after the opening ceremonies for the moving replica of the Vietnam Memorial Wall. Vietnam," said Cutler, who has taught history for 15 years in the Ogden School District. She teaches youths at Paramount Community Placement Programs.
