During that time she documented her personal life and the medical practice of Edward, the community of Ogden and national events such as the outbreaks of WWI and WWII. The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show Sunday, May 31, 1953 Warm day. I attended Ward Priesthood meeting and Sunday School. We ate dinner at Cleones & Royal In afternoon Gertrude Price and her Sisters, Lois and Naorma and Lois Husband Gunderson and little girl called on us on their way home from Paris Idaho. Decoration day. Visited Fred Price at Hospital and he is doing well. Call at Heber & Lucile Hancocks Monday, June 1, 1953 Cloudy day, with slight sprinkle. I have been home most of day. Went down town about 3 p.m. and Dr Jr cauterized slight place on my head Had Max do little work in lot I visited Fred Price at Hospital I called at Cleones for brief spell We listened to dedication exercises of the Mormon Memorial Bridge at Omaha this a.m. Very good President D.O. McKay dedicated Bridge and made splendid talk Joseph Fielding Smith & others spoke good |
