On several occasions we have read about the accomplishments of Weber State in the field of education. It has a well rounded program which includes vocational training as well as associate and bachelor degrees, and it is now time to include graduate degrees. But when needs are expressed by enough people, certainly consideration for such needs should be given. The need is here. The need is now. We need this graduate program at Weber State College. The college has developed nationally acclaimed expertise, particularly in its school of education. Weber has a strong base upon which a_ graduate program could be built. There is no reasonable explanation for repressing the college’s need and desire to expand.
