Show Section VI. Section VII. A person shall be asked to resign the office which he holds if he wishes to run for another major office. A person shall not run for two major offices when the elections occur simultaneously. ARTICLE Section I. II - DUTI.S OF OFFIC&RS Studentbody Officers A. President 1. The president shall preside over all assemblies of the studentbody and all meetins of the Executive 4nd Student Councils. The President shall be an ex-officio member of all committees and clans. 2. The President has the right to vote as a member of the Student Council, the Executive Council and all committees and clans of which he is an ex-officio member, B. Vice President 1. . The vice president shall assume, temporarily the ‘duties of the president during his absence. 2. The vice president shall be Chairman ofthe Assembly Committee e C. Secretary 1. The Secretary shall keep of all Executive Council 2. 3. D. The Secretary shall handle received and sent by Executive Council. The Secretary shall ITI, the minutes Student and roll book Council Meetings. all corresponcence Studentbody be Chairman Officers and of the Election Committee. 4. The minute book which is kept by the Secretary must be presented to the Studentbody Officers' Advisor each term to check that all material is current. Before the Secretary receives his diploma he must turn in his completed minute book. The minute book must be turned in no later than thirty days after graduation. Historian 1. The Historian shall keep a record ef all activities of the Associated Section the and Students held during thé skkool year. The Historian's Book shall serve as a history of student activities and shall be filed with the Ben Lomond High School Librarian. Girls! Association Officers A. The duties of the Girls' Association Officers shall be to encourage activities among the members and to create school spirit. B. The president of the Girls! Association shall call meetings whenever necessary, with the approval of the faculty advisor. |
