When out on the lawn There arose such a clatter We sprang from routine To see what was the matter, When what to our wondering eyes should appear But a small cleaning truck And eight tiny reindeer. With a little old driver so clumsy and quick I knew in a moment it must be St. Nick. More awkward than sophomores His coursers they came, And he whistled and shouted And called them by TOONE DEBRA Alan Toone, “Big Al’, carries a 2.8 average. She teaches Clerical Office, Type I, Shorthand II, and a Secretarial Office class. She is teaching the same classes she took when she was a student. As long as she can remember, she always wanted to be a teacher. She attended Weber State College four years where she was vice president of the Chantonelles marching group. She also represented Weber State as Miss 4300. Those weren’t her measurements. It was the population of Weber. She graduated from Utah State University after receiving her masters degree. Miss Blair likes teaching at Ben Lomond and likes the size of her classes, but thinks the ideal size would be one student. Besides the girls’ skirts being shorter, she says school spirit was better then. Everyone went to the games and assemblies. She noticed that more girls are engaged or married now than when she attended Ben Lomond. She likes all kinds of sports: golfing, swimming, water skiing, almost anything. She believes it is important to keep busy. Miss Blair is glad her first teaching job is at Ben Lomond. Nik Nak Shak Posters, Black Lites 2484 Wash. Blvd. Ogden, Utah |
