Show DIRECTORS PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE In the spring of 1966, Ben Lomond High School decided to add a new activity to its schedule. “Brigadoon” was presented in February 1967. This very entertaining and delightful production was followed by “Carousel” in 1968, and “South Pacific” in 1969. “Music Man’, the musical for 1970, continues the Ben Lomond tradition of outstanding productions. Musicals involve more students than do any other single extracurricular activity. Choral, orchestra, staging, drama, dancing, scenery, lighting, sound, costumes and advertising involves well over one hundred students. The combined work of the art, music, drama, shop and physical education departments are required for our successful presentations. Students and faculty have spent hundreds of enjoyable hours preparing for ‘Music Man’’. We hope that through the increased support of Ben Lomond students and parents we will be able to continue to offer these enjoyable evenings of entertainment. Dr. Lionel G. Drechsel Mr. N.
