The training is open to the public and costs Construction, and More to Come 17th Street rail crossing to close OGDEN Construction of the FrontRunner Utah Commuter Rail is forcing another road closure. The Union Pacific railroad crossing on 17th Street will be closed from Monday until Sept. 29, according to Utah Transit Authority. Workers will be on site from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The FrontRunner commuter rail, which is scheduled for completion in spring 2008, will run from Salt Lake to Pleasant View. September 21, 2007 UDOT to host open houses in Ogden OGDEN The Utah Department of Transportation will have two open houses Wednesday so property owners and business operators can learn about the status of a reconstruction project being planned for 12th Street. The meetings will be at the UDOT Region 1 office, 166 Southwell St. (160 North). The first will be 5-6:30 p.m., and will focus on the section of 12th Street from Interstate 15 to Wall Avenue. The second will be 6:30-8 p.m., and will focus on 12th Street from Wall Avenue to Harrison Boulevard.
