Time: 7:00 p.m. Bring: chairs, blankets, and snacks._ Local Updates Parks. Marriott Park and Slaterville Park are now owned and operated by the city. For reservations at either park contact Becky at 627-1919 ext. 202. A park committee is organized to assist with this transition. Committee members are: Danny Brown, Joe Deru, Ron Holmes, Orvil Holley, and Delbert Hodson. The committee will hold a public hearing on July 18, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. at the municipal building located at 1570 West 400 North to take public comment on park improvements, rules, and upgrades. Please attend this hearing if you desire to give input on these subjects, or complete and return the form below. Municipal Election. The filing period for municipal elections is open until July 16th. Three city council seats are open, one seat in each district and the at-large seat. The filing fee is $5. Contact Becky at 627-1919 ext. 202 for qualifications and for more information. Marriott Family Reunion. The Marriott family will have a reunion at the Marriott Hotel in Ogden on July 23. Register in advance by contacting Russ Marriott at 801-530-0000. Ordinance on Frank Blair zoning reversion of various properties along/near 400 North reverting from C-2 and M-l to A-1, zoning change to 0-1 in part, amending the general plan from manufacturing to commercial in part, and reverting general plan from manufacturing to low density residential in part. 4.
