Property thefts continue to be an area of concern. Consider the following safety pointers: You can contact law enforcement dispatch at 629-8221 to report suspicious activities or for other non-emergencies. For all emergencies call 911. Be conscience of suspicious activities in your neighborhood, especially at night. Nearly half of all successful burglaries are made possible by thieves entering unlocked doors and windows. Keep external doors and windows locked and in good repair. Make sure outside doors have a sturdy dead bolt. Clearly display your address so that emergency vehicles can quickly find your home.
