Show 12th Street Construction November 24, 2007 12th Street open house Wednesday OGDENThe Utah Department of Transportation will hold an open house Wednesday to meet with concerned business and property owners about the upcoming 12th Street reconstruction project. The meeting will run from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the UDOT Region 1 Office, 166 W. Southwell St. The open house will include an update on the status of the project, a description of planned improvements and the anticipated construction schedule. UDOT representatives will be on hand to answer questions and address concerns. Project plans include resurfacing the roadway, installing new curb, gutter and sidewalk, and defining driveway and property access points. Sewer Tax Increase Hearing, Dec. 7,2007 NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE Central Weber Sewer Improvement District The Central Weber Sewer Improvement District is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. If the proposed budget is approved, this would be an increase of 64.87% above the Central Weber Sewer Improvement District property tax budgeted revenue for the prior year. The Central Weber Sewer Improvement District tax on a $161,587.00 residence would increase from $46.13 to $71.10, which is $24.97 per year. The Central Weber Sewer Improvement District tax on a $161,587.00 business would increase from $83.86 to $129.27, which is $45.41 per year. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
