Show Thursday, February 7, 1935 38th Day 327 Days to come June and Avon went to Salt Lake City on business. Myrene went with them. This forenoon Mrs Corey & Mrs Peckipan not here detained met here with me to consider the reports of 1934 for Childrens Aid Society, and to consider their request for 1935 from the Community Chest fund. Mr Jinkins and I acted on the budget Com. last year and this. I sent Mary a birthday box Dr & Dr Junior operated two major cases have had a buisy day. I did some hand laundry and cooked a hot dinner Friday, February 8, 1935 39th Day 326 Days to come June and Avon went down town to shop. I prepared dinner and about one thirty they and Dr came to eat. At three P.M. they started home to Cokeville. We enjoyed their visite. I did up a lot of my linen napkins and lunch cloths today. This evening Dr and I went to the Egiptian to see a French picture of Louise the 14th Not so good. Spent some time reading. Dr is reading Western History by Driggs and I am reading the Old Testement and enjoying it alot. I have never read it so carefully before. Sent Valentines to Ruth & Richard to Carlisle Pa, Robert & Carol to Columbus Ohio and David to San Mateo Cal. |
