Show Wednesday, October 9, 1935 282nd Day 83 Days to come This A.M. I did hand laundry and sent the rest to Model Laundry Dr & I had lunch early and went to Salt Lake City. Dr had business at the bank also a Medical Meeting at 8 this evening. We called on my brother Earls family Drs brother Fred Rich & wife also Dr W. L. Rich at his office. I did some shopping and went to a picture snow this evening. We arrived home at 11 P.M. via of Mountain road a lovly drive. Thursday, October 10, 1935 283rd Day 82 Days to come I was not well during the night as I had gotten Gomane from ice cream & malted milk I took in Salt Lake last night. I remained in bed until 10 00 Prepared lunch & after doing up house work I wrote to Mary and Avon and sent out R.S. Programe to all Bishops of Mt Ogden Stake and the presidency. Spent evening in reading. Was invited to a party at the Country Club Oct 16 by Mrs E O Wattis also one at Mrs Jas. Morrell for the same day by Elizabeth Thomas Have refused 12 invitations to Teas & Luncheons the past two mo because of my stomach trouble. Did some iorning |
