Show Monday, March 11, 1935 70th Day 295 Days to come Received a telegram from Jed Merrills family in Montpelier Idaho saying he (Jed) had died last night. He was a relative of my mothers and I have always thought a great deal of him. I remained in bed awhile this A.M. feeling much better today. Dr decided today to remodel the front poarch and we have had the rooms on the North papered and painted by Clarence Oberg they look very nice. Mr H Peires in drawing a blue print for the poarch. Avon went up to be with June for awhile. She went on the Buss. Tuesday, March 12, 1935 71st Day 294 Days to come I attended the 17 Ward Relief Society still house cleaning and having some nice improvement made in the kitchen. |
