Show Thursday, May 30, 1935 150th Day Ascension Day Memorial Day 215 Days to come A heavy rain this A.M. Dr & Mrs Frank Baker here Dr is feeling much better. At home most of the day, Went for a ride with Junior & later Dr took Dr & Mrs Baker & I for a drive. The cemetery looks lovly so many flowers Dr, Ida Treeseder and I called on Millie Flygare. We retire quite early. Still have furnace on. Quite cool tonight. Friday, May 31, 1935 151st Day 214 Days to come Some rain today. I went down to dentist Frank Douglas this A.M. have a soar mouth from wearing my new teeth. Martha Cooley and I called to see Iretta F Lindsay who is asking to resign as choirester of R.S. Stake Board she has served about 7 years. Dr is going to Salt Lake tonight At one o clock Myrene and I went to the Country Club to a luncheon given by Hope F. Eccles for her sister Maxine who is to be married soon. It was a lovly & delicious meal. About 90 ladies were in attendance. I called to see Mr Elias Neilson at the Madison School who is supervising a sewing school. Mrs Nielson was here from awhile this afternoon I called a number of friends to attend a luncheon at Cleones tomorrow, she & I are giving. Dr & non B here |
