Saturday, November 2, 1935 306th Day All Souls Day 59 Days to come Stormy My brother Mark went home today. Enjoyed his visit. I went down town on some business. Have buried myself with house work. Avon called over phone from the dpot on her way home from Cal. Where she has been the past two weeks. June has been buying land (600 acres) I think. She had a nice visite with Mary & Taylor she says David is very cute. Mary has a class in dancing and enjoys it very much. Had a very appreciative letter from Pres. R. I. Burton of my work in the Stake the past thirteen years as President of the Relief Society also had a note from Pres Lane Y. Robinson Sunday, November 3, 1935 307th Day 20th Sunday after Trinity 58 Days to come I expected Dr Heber Hancock to come on his way home to N.Y. from A.C.S. in San Francisco so did not go to Sunday School Fast meeting. He did not come but Jack called saying he had gone to Los Angeles with Junior & Blanch Dr & I had a nice chicken dinner with Myrene and Joe. I ate some chicken & veg. & had no distress so am very happy that I am better. We called to see Juniors children all fine. Cleone called this afternoon. She is playing the violin at capping of nurses in 13 Ward tonight. Dr & I have spent the evening reading. Drs sister Mary Ann Rich Pomeray died at nine o clock tonight.
