Monday, February 11, 1935 42nd Day 323 Days to come This morning I am starting to clean house Have Gladys & Rupert Knowles helping. Finished both room up stairs, the west bedroom & East bedroom up stairs. Dr joined the Sons of Utah Pioneers tonight. A camp was organized in the 18 Ward Mt Ogden Stake. I have spent the evening looking over some of my old diarys. I recd a letter today from my cousins Mary Jane Bevanin Wales Gladys Knowles mother. Dr Junior and Dr E J. R. are operating at the hospital tonight. Tues. Feb. 12 this is mary 25 birthday. Maren Eccles is going to stay with us for a day or two. She is a lovly girl and a good student. Hope she will enjoy the change Tuesday, February 12, 1935 43rd Day Abraham Lincoln Born 1809 Georgia Day (Ga.) 322 Days to come Myrene came down and had breakfast. She had taken Joe Joe to Kindergarten. Sharlene goes in the afternoon. Rubert & Gladys Knowles are cleaning house for me finished up stairs. I cooked hot lunch. At one P.M. met the train (Bamberger) and eight or nine general Board Members of Relief Society came to visite some of the Ward Relief Societies in each of the four Stakes. Lottie Paul Baxter and Inez Knight Allen visited Mount Ogden. Rosella Larkin took sister Allen to the 17-12-18 Wards and Myrene took sister Baxter and I to the 14-9-18 and 5 Wards The visite was a surprise, all held well planned meetings. Dr and I called at J.B. Wheelwright home. Went to see Wallace Berry in Barnum Circus. Very good (Poor pen)
