Show Wednesday, September 11, 1935 254th Day 111 Days to come Martha Cooley called and brought me flowers. Cloteel went to a party for nurses at Porters. I am not going to any parties. Am anxious to get better. Took care of Ruth. Did not go to Board meeting Myrene did & called after. Thursday, September 12, 1935 255th Day Old Defenders Day (Baltimore, Md.) 110 Days to come Am enjoying Cloteel and the children. She and a friend took lunch at the Heritage (a party) Myrene took me down town to see Fall Fasion Show Cloteel called on her uncle Dr budge, I have spent today entertaining Ruth by dressing her up like a Lady. She is a good child and very cute. |
