Upon presentation of the petition, the Zxecutive Council shall review and ascertain whether a special removal election, to be held within two weeks after presentation of the petition, should be called. The officer whose removal is requested shall be permitted to defend his conduct before the uxecutive Council and/or a school assembly. Removal Elections shall be under the jurisdiction of the Election Committee. Section II. Upon presentation of evidence of misconduct such as sluffing, drnkeness, thievry, or other conduct which is unbecoming to the dignity of his office, a’major officer will be suspended from office and brought before the Executive Council for a hearing. The Executive Council shall determine in office. The secretary shall also notify the advisory representative teacher following of the each ebsence meeting of of his the room council.
