He teaches social sciences and coaches the golf team at Ben Lomond High School. _Mr. Bailey was a member of the first Washington Terrace City Council and served as recreation director for Washington Terrace and South Ogden, setting up the first Little League baseball activity in that area. - He is past president of the Ogden chapter of the Defense Supply Association, the Utah High School Coaches Association and the Rolling Hills Swimming Club.
