Senior Activity, July July 19, 2007 Prime Time Travelers Sponsored by Weber County Organization for the Elderly Grandiose Theater July 19, 2007 Join us for our annual full day of theater at the beautiful Ellen Eccles Theater in Logan. Our transportation will leave the South Ogden Senior Center, 580-39 Street at 11:15 a.m. We will be seated at the Ellen Eccles Theater in Logan for the 1:00 p.m. performance of La Traviata. Giuseppe Verdi's epic tale examines the cost of true love, accompanied by some of the most beautiful arias and duets in the operatic world. We will dine at the Copper Mill Restaurant close to the theater. This evening will attend the 7:30 performance of Showboat. Enjoy the music of Jerome Kern and Oscar Hammerstein II, Old Man River and Can't Help Lovin' Dat Man as we follow the stories of Magnolia and her love, Gaylord and Julie and her husband, Steve through twenty years of tragedies and triumphs. Cost of this full day of theater is $121.00 per person. A $10.00 deposit will hold your reservation until June 15, 2007 at which time the remaining balance will be due.
