Burton has been promoted to the rank of first lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. He is a deputy missile combat crew commander at Grand Forks Air Force Base, N.D., with the 447th Strategic Missile Squadron. Jay Jenkins has been appointed financial advisor at MountainWest Savings and Loan’s ZCMI branch in Salt Lake City. He has responsibility for market securities, insurance, savings products and for coordinating various branch marketing activities. Jenkins has been financial adviser at the MountainWest branch in Ogden for more than three years. Prior to that he was a registered representative for E.F. Hutton. First Lt. Ted J.
