Show Accreditation Weber State is regionally accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges. All applied technical education programs are fully accredited by the Utah State Office of Vocational Education. Teacher education programs are fully accredited by the National Association of State Directors of Teacher Education and Certification. Although some areas of information are covered in detail, much of the content is presented in a general way. Program requirements reflect curricula approved through April, 1996. Subsequent decisions may affect the accuracy of the details appearing here. Students should refer to the official schedule of classes which is available before and during each quarterly registration period. The catalog is not to be considered a binding contract between Weber State and any student or other institution. Weber State reserves the right to change its regulations or course offerings as conditions require during the period of any student's attendance. Statement of Policy Weber State University is committed to providing an environment free from harassment and other forms of discrimination based upon race, color, ethnic background, national origin, religion, creed, age, lack of American citizenship, disability, status of veteran of the Viet Nam era, sexual orientation or preference, or gender, including sexual/gender harassment. Weber State University Student Services and Involvement I he departments and programs in Student Services provide services which assist students in meeting their psychological, sociological and academic needs. An over-all goal of Student Services is a commitment to solving student problems and in helping students become aware of services, activities and programs available to them.
