For information on all loan programs, please contact the Financial Aid Office. Employment - FWSP (Federal Work-Study Program) This program provides jobs for undergraduate and graduate students who demonstrate financial need. Jobs are available both on-campus and off-campus. The Career Placement Center on campus has a listing of all available jobs and will help you with employment that relates to your course of study where possible. To qualify for the FWSP, the basic eligibility requirements for financial aid must be met and there must be a financial need. Work study earnings are not reported as income in your application for federal aid, which makes the student eligible for more grant money. Application Eligible students should apply by the April 1 deadline; although, this does not guarantee receipt of any specific type or types of grants. Applications received after the deadline will be processed as quickly as possible with no guarantee that the award will be ready to meet Fall quarter tuition and fees payment deadlines. Students on probation will be monitored each quarter until the situation is resolved. Summer Session: If the student does not complete the minimum credit hours by the end of spring quarter of any academic year, the summer quarter may be used to make up those hours without financial assistance.
