Tracy Cannon, & Sister Sloane & Sisters Grant. ett. ev. meeting & spoke, was welcomed 16 at 8:50 am. left for Kopenhagen over Vernamunda. arr. at 7 p.m. at Stat. was great Krowds as so many Strangers was present. from other Lands to attend the Funeral of King Kristein at Roskilde where the Kings & Royalty are all burried. I was quite sick that day. 17th was in bed part of the day, with bad cold also Diareah. had Letter from home, 18th Sunday att. S. School. & Meeting at 2 & 6 pm & Spoke in the evening, was better but weak. 19 was better att. work, Sending Letters of Information & instruction to Conf. Presidents 20th some rotine work. wrote up day book. & Letters to Wife, Anie, John, Bishop, Bowd, & L. Christensen at ev. att. Y.M. & Ladies association & spoke 21st Recd. Letter from Lorenzo giving result of last years Buisnes. Sales were 104000.00 Doll. & propits satisfactory, bringing us ot of debt & same over I wrote back, giving $300.00 to the hunds that worked in the buisness & raised their Salary 94, Doct. Rich of Brigham, Case of healing, @ sad Case At eving att. meeting several missionaries from Norway were present & spoke well 22nd Rotine work. wrote to C.N. Lunds & Ed. Subert Student at ev. att. an Intertainment of R. Society for the poor. wich was very sucsesful. collecting over 40 crowns. 23rd Went with Pres. Lund & visited the Saints & also one family Strangers. at night att. Preisthood meeting 24th att. To releases & transfers & other current work 25th Sunday. att. Sunday Shool. & 2 & 6 p.m. meetings at ev. was present a Doctor Rich from Brigham City Utah, not in the church. he gave a very favorable talk of Utah & the Mormons, said, the Land had a pleasant Climate, the people were the best he had ever Known or lived among. He related a case of healing come under his observation. A child which he attended & had dome for all that medical skill could do, & yet he knew the child was dying, but the Elders of the Church administered unto it, & it recovered from that very moment, it was hard for a Doctor to admit but it was true. 26th Having herd rumers about misconduct of Elder Daniel Jensen, I had written him, asking him to come to the Office. He appeared this day. and after several denials confesed to be in sexual transgresion with one Hulda Andersen from Sweden. he was released to go home
