You can obtain a burn permits from Utah Department of Environmental Quality website: www.aiixiuality.utah.gov. Bum Guidelines: 1. Once a burn permit is obtained the clearing index must be above 500 to bum. 2. The bum pile must be 50 feet from any stmcture or combustibles. 3. The bum material must be vegetation. 4. Fire must be overseen and managed at all times. 5. Bona fide agriculture buming does not require a permit. 6. The fire district may extinguish any nuisance buming.
