Come circle the wagons together around the haunted grounds. Set-up at 4:30 PM. Treats start at 6:00 PM. Participants with candy to distribute get free entry. Entry is $1 per person, without candy. Enjoy a hot dog, chips, and a drink for $3. Come see the costumes and decorated trunks. This event is primarily for residents and their families. Questions contact Becky at 801-627- 1919 ext. 202. Marriott-Slaterville Arts & Crafts Show The show is November 25" and 26"*. If you have talent you want to show here is your chance, or if you want to hop for local gifts come enjoy. The show is at the Marriott-Slaterville City Building, 1570 West 400 North from 10 AM until 3 PM each day. Admission is free. Space is available inside and outside. Please bring your own tables, canopies, and heater for outside. Inside space is 4'x8', and all materials must be freestanding. Set-up is at 8 AM. Space is limited so make your reservation with Cecile Morris at 801-628-2921, or email: cecilemorris2@aol.com. PLANNING COMMISSION TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20,2016 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Discussion/action on final site plan at 1800 West 400 North for convenience store with fuel and food: Frank Blair. 5. Discussion/action on Ordinance adopting Chapter 15.09: Excavation and Clean Fill Regulations. 6. Discussion/action on Ordinance adopting Chapter 15.16: Outdoor Lighting Standards. 7. Advice and consent to Mayor's appointment of Magistrate/Appeal Authority. 6. Communities that Care Program for youth. 7. Transportation Planning and set public hearing for October 20, 2016. 8. Discussion/action on Ordinances. 9. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 10. Adjourn until October 20, 2016. This agenda is tentative. Items can and will change. Local Updates Irrigation. Weber Basin Water Conservancy District may shut-off irrigation water as soon as October F". Our city special district will leave on pressurized secondary water for residents and businesses to use until the water supply is exhausted. Please plan and prepare now for irrigation to end the first part of October. September Road Projects. Various roads throughout the city will be painted and potholes repaired in preparation for winter. 2016 Elections. Weber County administers the 2016 elections. For election questions contact the Weber County Clerk at: 801-399-8400. Parks Closing. The city parks close and will be winterized on October 15"*. Recycling Program. Marriott-Slaterville residents recycle. Recycling is every other week, which will be September 12"* and 26*^. 2-1-1 Get Answers.
