Show Herbed Chicken Drumsticks (Intermountain: Cooking Your Weigh To Health) Ingredients: 8 chicken drumsticks 2 Thsp. olive oil 2 tsp. onion powder 2 tsp. garlic powder -v 2 tsp. paprika 2 tsp. dried oregano 1 tsp. black pepper Preparation; 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cooking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Combine onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, and black pepper in a large bowl and stir to blend. 3. Brush drumsticks with oil. Roll in spice mixture and arrange on prepared baking sheet. 4. Bake till cooked through, about 1 hour.
