Edward “Ed” Van Dusen hasreceivedthe Terry Reily Child Abuse Prevention award from the Idaho Network for Children. Wan Dusen is the state coordinator of child protection programs for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. He has worked for that department since 1977, and has been instrumental in providing advocacy, increasing public awareness and support for child abuse prevention activities and programs. The group cited her accomplishments for raising four children alone and securing a successful career, despite being handicapped.
