The award was given for outstanding leadership in protecting the Weber River floodplain and other waterways passing through Marriott-Slaterville City. Bill Morris, city recorder, received the award on behalf of Mayor Keith Butler, Planning Commissioner Randy Phipps and City Administrator Duncan Murray. 18
